At C2C Sports, we strive for perfection in every custom uniform; however, due to the personalized nature of our gear, returns are exclusively accepted for manufacturing defects or printing errors. Please ensure all sizing and design specifications are reviewed prior to order confirmation as custom items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Notification
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to report any manufacturing defects or discrepancies.
Evidence Submission
Provide clear photographic evidence of the fault along with your order number to facilitate a quick assessment by our quality control team.
Return Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Resolution
After inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a priority remake of your custom gear or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
