How long does it take to receive my custom uniforms?
Our standard production time for custom-made uniforms is typically 4 to 6 weeks from the date of design approval and payment. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Can I see a sample of my design before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide digital 3D mockups for approval. Physical samples can also be ordered for a fee, which is often refundable if you proceed with a full team order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom gear?
For most custom sublimated garments, our minimum order quantity starts at just 10 units per style. Some accessories may have different requirements.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error that deviates from your approved proof, we will replace the items free of charge.
What printing methods do you use for sports apparel?
We primarily use dye-sublimation, which fuses the ink directly into the fabric. This ensures that your designs, logos, and numbers will never peel, crack, or fade over time.
